What to do if hemorrhoids disease progresses?

The main cause of hemorrhoids in men is vein dysfunction.

If blood flow is disturbed, their walls are deformed, nodes are formed that are prone to overgrowth.

What to do if hemorrhoids come out? There comes a time when the weakened muscles of the anus cannot hold the hemorrhoid cones, and they fall out.

This is fraught with complications: thrombosis, infringement, microtrauma. Timely comprehensive treatment under the supervision of an experienced doctor will help to avoid problems.

Causes of hemorrhoid prolapse

In the initial stage, hemorrhoids almost do not manifest themselves. However, if untreated, the affected veins begin to change. Their walls are stretched, nodes of different sizes are formed. They can be multiple or single. With damage to the veins running under the mucosa, the nodes are localized on the inner surface of the rectum.

If the external vein is located in the anus immediately under the skin, the nodes are localized at the anus and begin to fall out when they grow.

Hemorrhoid cones begin to fall out at 2 stages of the disease.

At first this happens during bowel movements, especially during constipation.

When straining, blood rushes to the nodes, they increase in size and are shown from the anus. After the intestines are released, the nodes are pulled inward.

Over time, the muscles of the anus weaken and can no longer hold the bumps inside. Knots begin to fall out at the slightest exertion: lifting weights, laughing, coughing.

Hemorrhoids crawled out, what should I do? How to remove hemorrhoids at home? It is necessary to straighten them manually, to hold the cones a man needs to wear tight-fitting elastic underwear.

Consequences and complications: what is the danger of falling out?

Loss of nodes causes a lot of inconvenience. The bumps rub on the skin and underwear, small tears occur on them, bleeding is possible. The nodes protruding from the anus can be infringed, there is a risk of thrombosis. In some cases, the infringement ends with tissue necrosis and sepsis, and frequent rectal bleeding threatens with anemia.

Got out hemorrhoids what to do? First aid: how to cope with an ailment at home.

Conservative treatment is not able to completely solve the problem of prolapsed nodes. The goal of drug therapy is to improve the general condition of the patient and choose the right moment for the planned operation. Well-developed techniques will be needed during the recovery period.

What hemorrhoids come out of

To understand why the problem arises, it makes sense to get a little acquainted with the structure of the rectum. In the lower part it is entwined with powerful venous branching; these veins are otherwise called cavernous bodies. They literally surround the gut. Further (slightly lower) is the lower cavernous body, and then the upper one. These objects are intertwined with connecting fibers, they in some sense hold them. Cavernous bodies are filled with blood, and thereby help the sphincter not to release feces outside.

The most reliable of these versions is a hereditary predisposition, it lies in the weak walls of the veins, prone to expansion. Also, the weakness of the fibers themselves, which physiologically must prevent venous expansion, can also be hereditary.

By the way, this factor fully explains the frequent cases of literally family diseases, when all family members or many suffer from hemorrhoids. And often doctors diagnose hemorrhoids in people who lead an active lifestyle, eat right, do not know constipation and other digestive system problems.

Home treatment

With hemorrhoids, it is first necessary to consult a proctologist who will make an accurate diagnosis and select an effective medicine, depending on the stage and the presence of complications.

Self-medication is unacceptable, if only because there are many other bowel diseases with similar symptoms.

But, if there is no opportunity to visit a doctor, and the hemorrhoids are inflamed, it is necessary to begin treatment as soon as possible.

If hemorrhoids got out, at home they use such means:

  • Candles
  • Enemas
  • Compresses
  • Baths
  • Pills and other drugs.

Fighting hemorrhoids is necessary, combining several methods of treatment. At the same time, even if the exacerbation quickly receded, you need to undergo a whole course of treatment so that later on, started hemorrhoids do not occur.

Hemorrhoids provocateurs: what is fraught with the development of the disease

One of the main possible causes of hemorrhoids is constipation. Chronic pathology very often portends an ailment. Also a common situation can be called postpartum hemorrhoids.

Can provoke a disease:

  1. Lack of exercise - drivers, office workers, programmers, due to the characteristics of the profession, do not move much. A sedentary lifestyle provokes hemorrhoids, because during sitting in the cavernous bodies the blood flow worsens, they become inflamed and, accordingly, expand.
  2. Liver disease. Blood from the rectum is removed through the veins that are connected to the veins of the liver. The pressure in the vessels increases, blood drainage improves.
  3. Diseases of the pelvic organs. The prostate gland and bladder can also affect the development of hemorrhoids: if inflammatory processes develop in these organs, they themselves provoke a worsening of blood outflow. So, hemorrhoids are often found in chronic cystitis and prostatitis.

Improper nutrition leads to disruption of the digestive system, frequent constipation, which, in turn, provokes hemorrhoids. Therefore, lovers of holidays with wide feasts, as well as people with a downed food regime, have something to worry about. Alcohol can also accelerate the development of hemorrhoids.

Healing baths

Special baths based on medicinal herbs will help relieve inflammation. It is advisable to conduct them after each bowel movement. This tool helps to avoid infection and relieve unpleasant symptoms. Most popular herbs:

  • Chamomile,
  • Calendula,
  • Sage,
  • Yarrow
  • Burdock root,
  • Highlander bird.

To prepare the bath, you need to pour one tablespoon of the dried plant with one glass of boiling water and let it brew for 20 minutes to an hour. The temperature of the broth should not be more than 35 degrees. Baths are used for 10-15 minutes.

The treatment with birch tar has proven itself, which suggests adding 2 tablespoons of tar to 2 liters of water. It can be dissolved only in boiling water, but the temperature of the sedentary baths should be comfortable and as cool as possible.

Hemorrhoid

A hemorrhoid is a vascular mass located in the rectum. After the normal blood circulation in the pelvic organs is disturbed, the walls of the vessels begin to lose their tone, stretch and protrude into the cavity of the rectum. Thus, a hemorrhoidal node or bump is formed. It is filled with venous blood clots.

Modern medicine offers a wide range of different medicines for hemorrhoids. However, in most cases, the course of therapy takes a lot of time and does not guarantee complete elimination of this disease. When the first symptoms of the disease appear, for an effective fight against hemorrhoids, doctors take an integrated approach, based mainly on the use of drugs.

In the later stages of hemorrhoids and in the presence of serious complications, mandatory hospitalization is carried out with subsequent surgical intervention.

Causes of the disease

Many factors are known that favor the appearance of hemorrhoidal nodes.

The main causes of the disease are:

  • stagnation of venous blood in the pelvic organs, resulting from a sedentary lifestyle,
  • excessive exercise
  • work related to prolonged sitting
  • the pressure exerted by the feces on the wall of the rectum, which often occurs with constipation caused by eating foods low in fiber,
  • abuse of alcoholic beverages, contributing to the expansion of blood vessels in the intestine,
  • regular diarrhea, contributing to the development of inflammatory processes and irritation of the lower intestinal tract.

The appearance of symptoms of hemorrhoids is often observed in women during the period of bearing a child or during childbirth, which is explained by the appearance of excessive pressure exerted by the uterus on the pelvic organs.

It must be remembered that when the first symptoms of hemorrhoids appear (bouts of severe pain during bowel movements, sensation of the presence of a foreign body in the rectum), you must immediately consult a proctologist. The lack of timely diagnosis and adequate treatment leads to further progress of the pathology, as a result of which hemorrhoids can fall out.

What to do if a hemorrhoid

First of all, it is necessary to understand that the prolapse of the hemorrhoidal cone indicates the neglect of the inflammatory process. The nodes themselves are in the form of sacs filled with blood. They are clearly defined by visual inspection, and they can also be felt with your hands.

A characteristic feature is that insignificant physical exacerbations exacerbate this process and in addition to discomfort in the anus, symptoms such as:

In those cases when the fallen hemorrhoidal node of a small size, it can be straightened independently.

It is important to observe a number of rules:

  1. the affected area must be anesthetized with an anesthetic ointment (Heparin, Troxevasin) or by applying a cold compress,
  2. manipulation is carried out using medical gloves,
  3. the procedure is carried out in a semi-sitting position,
  4. it is necessary to move the buttock to the side opposite to the hemorrhoidal cone, with the help of the middle finger, the fallen node is pushed into the intestine.

In order to make the procedure as convenient and painless as possible, it is recommended to use petroleum jelly. Many doctors advise, after self-adjustment of the hemorrhoidal bump, lie down with your stomach for 40 minutes.

Normally, the procedure leads to the fact that the dropped node takes its original position. In cases where a positive result is not achieved, it is strongly recommended to seek the advice of a specialist.

How to remove the external hemorrhoid at home

Many specialists, in addition to drug therapy, advise their patients to use traditional medicine, which accelerates the treatment process.

For this purpose, you can use:

  • Various baths based on herbal decoctions with anti-inflammatory effect. In the fight against hemorrhoids, camomile and calendula showed themselves well. In addition, folk connoisseurs advise using onions, garlic and propolis.
  • Ointments, cooked at home. Most often, such medicines are made on the basis of propolis, honey and mummy. Effective is the processing of cones with juice from onions and celandine.

At an early stage of the pathology, candles are used that can be made independently:

  1. Honey candles. In this case, it will be more convenient to use candied honey, since it easily takes the necessary shape. Optimal is the use of such a candle before bedtime.
  2. Ice candles. Low temperatures significantly reduces the size of hemorrhoidal cones. To make such a candle, the little finger of the rubber glove is filled with water and sent to the freezer. After solidification, the suppository is injected into the rectum. As a frozen liquid, infusions of medicinal herbs (chamomile) are used, which effectively remove the inflammatory process.

For relief of attacks of pain can be used carrot tops. For the preparation of a healing broth 50 gr. herbs are poured with one liter of boiled water. The infused broth is recommended to be used at least 3 times a day for 14 days. For patients in whom hemorrhoidal inflammation is associated with constipation, it will be useful to use boiled beets.

Its use leads to the appearance of a normal soft stool. It is important to remember that hemorrhoids cannot be cured by folk remedies alone. Therefore, many doctors use an integrated approach for effective treatment, which includes the use of medications and recipes of alternative medicine.

If the patient has a pronounced pain syndrome, a mixture of finely grated helps beets and carrots. Having mixed them, and wrapped in gauze, the obtained healing potion is applied to the inflamed nodes. Regular use of this method leads to a significant reduction in pain.

Enemas prepared on the basis of great popularity in the fight against uncomfortable illness wormwood infusion and beetroot juice.

Therapy is carried out according to the following scheme. First, use an infusion (1 tbsp. L. Herbs per 1 l. Boiling water). Cool down to 37 degrees, filter the infusion and make an enema. The next day, red beet juice is used. The alternate administration of such enemas not only leads to a decrease in pain, but also reduces the severity of the inflammatory process.

Is it possible to remove the hemorrhoid without surgery

Today, surgical and conservative treatment is used to get rid of hemorrhoidal nodes. Surgery is performed at the latest stages of the disease.

In the early stages of the inflammatory process, preference is given in favor of drug therapy, which not only relieves the symptoms of the disease, but also significantly reduces the size of the affected node.

To the therapeutic effect was the most powerful, experts recommend a combination of external and internal use. Combined use Proctosan or Relief with medicinal ointments Troxevasin and Troxerutin contributes to the rapid disposal of uncomfortable pathology.

In order to strengthen the tone of the walls of the blood vessels and minimize the risk of blood clots, medications in the form of tablets are used. The use of tablets is able to eliminate various bleeding and significantly reduce pain in the area of the appearance of hemorrhoid cones.

Hemorrhoids in a child

In most cases, the causes that cause the appearance of hemorrhoidal nodes in children are different from those that underlie the disease in older age groups. The main cause of pathology in children is constipation, which is observed in both infants and other age groups. At an earlier age, they arise due to dysbiosis or imbalance of the digestive tract. Schoolchildren suffer from constipation as a result of malnutrition.

It is also necessary to take into account the factor of poor mobility and activity of the modern child.

Pathology in children is represented by the classic clinical picture. The sensation of a foreign body in the anus, accompanied by an attack of intense itching and burning. But only adult children can speak about the felt discomfort.

As the disease progresses, a small nodule forms in the child, which is easily determined visually during straining. Also, blood clots may appear in the baby's excrement, which indicates the presence of a microcrack in the mucous membrane of the anus.

If a child has at least one of the above symptoms, then parents should not try to get rid of the disease on their own, but go to a specialist for examination. Timely diagnosis of pathology will help the doctor choose the optimal method of treatment.

Therapy of hemorrhoids in children is carried out in a conservative way. To this end, the proctologist prescribes the usual candles for adults, but taking into account the characteristics of the children's body.

Treatment with suppositories is carried out at least 2 times a day after visiting the toilet. It is necessary to introduce candles carefully to avoid mechanical damage to the inflamed hemorrhoidal cone.

How to remove hemorrhoids, if some symptoms of this disease are manifested, and is it possible to do this on your own or is it necessary to consult a doctor? Such questions often arise in those who for the first time felt a sense of discomfort in the location of the anus and the characteristic signs inherent in this disease. As a rule, in the initial stage of hemorrhoids, a person tries to cope with it on their own, using different methods for this.

How to remove hemorrhoids at home quickly

In order to quickly eliminate hemorrhoids at home, you can use not only pharmacy drugs, but also other means in the form of self-made candles, baths with decoctions of herbs, lotions and ointments.

If hemorrhoids are accompanied by pain, then it is best to use special candles that can be purchased at any pharmacy, or make them yourself according to a very simple recipe. It relieves the symptoms of hemorrhoids candles from raw potatoes: the potato is shaped like a candle and inserted into the anus, being careful.

Ice candles also proved to be excellent, in the manufacture of which water is poured into a paper cone and placed in a freezer. After freezing, the finished candle is freed from the paper and inserted into the rectum. Instead of plain water, you can use decoctions of herbs, and replace the paper cone with a finger from a rubber glove.

As an effective tool that can quickly eliminate exacerbation of hemorrhoids at home, without the help of doctors, lotions from medicinal plants with anti-inflammatory and hemostatic properties are used. To do this, a decoction of nettle, chamomile, plantain, soak a napkin and apply it to the affected area.

You can use special ointments containing analgesics, their use can eliminate the inflammatory process and relieve pain.

How to eliminate the symptoms of hemorrhoids during pregnancy

A fairly common problem that occurs in women in the second half of pregnancy is hemorrhoids. Treatment in such cases should be comprehensive in nature, aimed primarily at eliminating inflammation. For this, it is necessary to use means that do not pose a danger to the development of the fetus, in the form of rectal ointments or suppositories. They have a therapeutic effect on inflammatory processes, relieve pain and help reduce hemorrhoidal nodes.

Most often in such cases, in relation to pregnant women, drugs are used in the form of:

  • Ichthyol ointment,
  • Ointments Vishnevsky,
  • Hepatrombin G,
  • Heparin ointment,
  • Neo-Anuzola.

In cases where the safety of hemorrhoids is not confirmed by studies, they should not be applied to pregnant women.

The nature of the treatment of hemorrhoids during pregnancy depends on the degree of development of the disease. Most often, the disease is detected by chance during the examination, it does not cause much inconvenience, since it did not reach full development at this point. To prevent exacerbation of hemorrhoids, patients are advised to use herbal baths, a set of therapeutic exercises, a diet to prevent constipation, and careful implementation of hygiene rules.

In cases where pregnant women feel itching and burning, as well as pain, ointments, gels, rectal suppositories, as well as some medications for internal use, are prescribed. Exacerbation of hemorrhoids in pregnant women with prolapse of nodes and bleeding, significantly complicate the course of pregnancy. In this situation, surgical care with excision of the nodes is recommended. But such measures are resorted to in the most extreme cases when a threatening situation is created.

In most cases, even in such situations, they try to postpone the operation to the postpartum period, but for now they are limited to therapeutic measures using antibacterial, vasoconstrictive drugs and drugs aimed at eliminating pain and inflammation.

How to eliminate hemorrhoids after childbirth

The treatment of hemorrhoids in the postpartum period is best entrusted to a specialist, since self-medication with the use of certain drugs can harm a baby during lactation. To eliminate the negative manifestations of the disease during lactation, it is necessary to use complex methods of treatment.

For this, methods of drug therapy are applied in the form of ointments, suppositories, venotonic drugs for internal use and the following recommendations are mandatory:

  • refusal of tight clothes or tight underwear,
  • adherence to a diet with the use of products that eliminate constipation,
  • drinking enough water
  • limiting the intake of sweets, coffee, carbohydrates, chocolate, hot spices, alcohol,
  • increased physical activity,
  • personal hygiene.

The following drugs are used as the means allowed to eliminate the symptoms of hemorrhoids during lactation:

  1. Heparin ointment. One of the most popular topical agents that do not have a harmful effect and is approved for use both during pregnancy and during lactation. It has anti-inflammatory effect and quickly resolves hemorrhoids.
  2. Relief ointment and candles. These funds are particularly effective in the initial stage of the disease. Suppositories contain extracts from shark liver, they can be used without any fear during breast feeding.
  3. Ointment Proctosan. It is used as an anesthetic that can eliminate bleeding. It has the ability to dry and heal the formed cracks in the mucosa.
  4. Sea-buckthorn candles. Contain substances with anti-inflammatory properties, eliminates inflammation, itching and pain.
  5. Ointment Troxevasin. It perfectly eliminates inflammation, reduces swelling, and is used as a venotonic.
  6. Procto-glivenol. Combined agent with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. It is used to eliminate stagnant processes in the veins in the postpartum period.

Is it possible to do this without surgery

With the development of hemorrhoids, doctors try not to bring the state of hemorrhoidal nodes and the inflammatory process to surgery, using various methods of conservative treatment. Therapeutic methods of treatment include the use of drugs that eliminate itching and inflammation, as well as the use of antibacterial, vasoconstrictor and healing drugs.

Vasoconstrictive suppositories for hemorrhoids contain the substance tribenzoid, supplemented with natural oils and lidocaine. Their use helps to get rid of pain and quickly reduce the size of hemorrhoidal nodes, up to their complete disappearance.

Therapy aimed at treating hemorrhoids is supplemented by drugs with antibacterial properties, such as Levomekol ointment, which contains methyluracil and chloramphenicol. It is applied to the affected tissue and protects against the development of infection. With vein thrombosis and with signs of necrosis, ointments with heparin content are prescribed, which helps to eliminate these disorders.

To get rid of severe pain and other unpleasant symptoms associated with hemorrhoids, painkillers in the form of ointments and suppositories are prescribed. The duration of treatment should be determined by a specialist, based on the fact that after discontinuation of the use of medications, the symptoms of the disease do not recur.

The use of drug therapy will be effective only if the disease is in the initial stage of development. As a rule, in this case, it is possible to achieve excellent results and completely eliminate the manifestation of hemorrhoids. If hemorrhoids took a chronic form with frequent periods of exacerbation, and its symptoms are quite pronounced, then the use of therapy may not show the desired result. In this case, you have to resort to more radical methods of treatment, most often minimally invasive surgical interventions.

Folk remedies for hemorrhoids

When using folk remedies for the treatment of hemorrhoids, it is necessary to remember that they are based on the use of natural plants and substances that, by their properties, can cause a reaction in the form of an allergy. Therefore, it is necessary to act with caution in this case, and despite the fact that the treatment will be carried out independently, it is better to consult a doctor first.

To eliminate the symptoms of itching and relieve pain, baths with decoctions of medicinal herbs in the form of pharmacy chamomile, calendula, onion peel or with simple salt water are able to relieve pain. It will have a softening and healing effect using various natural oils from flax, sea buckthorn or olive.

As an effective tool that can eliminate exacerbation of hemorrhoids and relieve pain and other symptoms, you can use candles made at home on their own. For this, wax is used, where various useful components are added in the form of propolis, Kalanchoe juice or aloe. The use of such suppositories will not only eliminate inflammation, but also have a beneficial effect on the entire body.

Specialists involved in the treatment of hemorrhoids using traditional medicine recipes recommend using honey compresses, poultices from leaves of aspen, aloe or woodlice herb. A significant effect in the treatment can be achieved by applying enemas with sage and honey, retaining the fluid in yourself for as long as possible.

Using any means for the treatment of hemorrhoids, it must be borne in mind that no treatment will benefit and will not bring relief if you do not adhere to some recommendations. To do this, you need to change your diet, follow a certain diet, try to lead a more mobile lifestyle, abandon bad habits.

Drug treatment

As a rule, it’s rare for anyone to decide at the first symptoms of hemorrhoids, consult a doctor, hoping to independently eliminate the arising violations in their body. And, as practice shows, it is in vain, since time may be lost and the disease will turn into a chronic form. The advanced stage of hemorrhoids threatens with many complications that threaten health and can cause irreversible changes.

Conditions such as vein thrombosis, a decrease in hemoglobin to the lower limit from blood loss, and diseases of the genitourinary system are eliminated with the help of a long and complex treatment. It is important to have time to consult a specialist at the first stage of the development of the disease, while the changes, caused by him, did not take a serious character. A correctly selected treatment regimen at this stage can completely eliminate the problem.

As an effective treatment, several types of drugs are used. One of them is venotonics, which prevent the formation of blood clots, thereby preventing the blockage of veins and restore impaired blood supply. The duration of treatment with this type of drug is determined by the attending physician, while limiting the consumption of fatty foods and alcohol. As a result of treatment, the walls of the venous vessels are strengthened, which impedes their further expansion.

Exacerbation of hemorrhoids is almost always accompanied by pain, which significantly complicates the usual way of life and negatively affects the mental state of patients. To relieve pain, special ointments or suppositories are used, which are used on the recommendation of a doctor. The anesthetics and anti-inflammatory substances contained in them eliminate inflammation and relieve pain.

Often, if necessary, experts recommend taking painkillers. non-narcotic tablets such as Nise, Pentalgin, Ketanov, which effectively relieve pain, however, their use to avoid addiction should not last more than three days. When using painkillers, it is necessary to take laxatives, since the appearance of constipation and difficulty with bowel movements intensify pain symptoms.

If hemorrhoids is not treated, the disease can go into a more serious stage, which is accompanied by fever, bleeding and severe inflammation with the appearance of pus. It is important to stop bleeding, using one of the hemostatic drugs in the form of Etamsylate, Vikasol, Ditsinon. They are available in tablet form and in the form of injections and are used in cases where the bleeding is continuous and it was not possible to stop it with lotions and ice.

A simpler method that helps to cope with bleeding is the use of a hemostatic sponge soaked in boric acid and furacilin. She is applied for several minutes to the anus, as a result of which the vessels are compressed and the bleeding stops. If bleeding occurs due to internally located nodes, then the sponge is inserted into the rectum and remains in it until it is completely dissolved. Such methods work flawlessly and urgently stop bleeding. However, if this is repeated repeatedly, it is necessary to determine the cause of the violations and get targeted medical care.

Hemorrhoid Prevention

Like any other disease, hemorrhoids are better to prevent than to treat it for a long time. As preventive measures, it is necessary to pay attention to your body and timely eliminate the slightest negative changes in it. An important measure is the prevention of digestive problems and intestinal motility disorders.

To do this, you need to eat right to avoid constipation and timely empty your intestines. Improving blood flow in the vessels is also considered important, which allows you to eliminate stagnant phenomena in them and prevent the appearance of excessive pressure on certain sections of veins and their further expansion. To do this, you need to move more, walk, lead a more active existence and spend less time in a sitting position.

By changing your lifestyle, taking good care of your body in a timely manner, you can prevent the development of not only hemorrhoids, but also more serious pathological conditions. The time spent on a healthy lifestyle is nothing compared to how much effort and patience it takes to fight the disease.

What to do at home if hemorrhoids come out? External hemorrhoids, what to do, how to treat? Direction of nodes

How to remove a hemorrhoid at home? Drop hemorrhoid cones must be carefully adjusted. Before starting the procedure, the anus is washed with cool water or cleaned with wet wipes with an antibacterial effect. An ice bladder or a cold compress will help reduce painful cones, but you can’t use cold with an elevated temperature or inflammation.

Instruction:

  1. It is necessary to put on thin rubber gloves and take a comfortable pose, for example, standing on all fours.
  2. The fingers of the right hand are smeared with petroleum jelly, the left spreads the buttocks.
  3. The protruding nodes are gently set with the index finger inside the anus so that they completely pass the sphincter and enter the rectum cavity.

In order for the procedure to go without problems, you need to relax the muscles as much as possible. After reduction, you must lie down and rest for at least half an hour.

Frequent prolapse of nodes requires particularly careful hygiene.

After defecation, it is better to use wet wipes with an antibacterial effect, toilet paper irritates the delicate mucous membrane. Wear elastic cotton made from quality cotton that can hold knots and does not irritate your skin. For bleeding, it is recommended to use sanitary pads, which must be changed frequently.

Suitable medications

Correctly selected medicines will help improve the patient's condition. Choose complex remedies that can solve several problems at once: strengthen blood vessels, anesthetize, cure minor injuries, relieve bleeding.

Treatment of hemorrhoids at home. Exercises and Other Techniques

One of the causes of the prolapsed nodes is the weakened sphincter muscles. To return elasticity to them will help special exercises according to the method of Dr. Kegel. The essence of mini-gymnastics is alternating tension and relaxation of the muscles of the anus.

First, they are pulled inward with a maximum amplitude, then they are fixed for 1 minute and return to their original position. Exercises can be done in any free minute, repeating each movement 10-20 times. By varying the speed and number of repetitions, you can strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, improve blood circulation and accelerate the outflow of lymph.

Cool baths with decoction of chamomile, oak bark, horse chestnut seeds will help strengthen the skin and mucous membranes and prevent bleeding.

A handful of raw materials is brewed with 2 liters of boiling water, insisted for 1 hour, filtered and poured into a basin. To achieve the desired temperature, the broth can be diluted with cold water. The procedure lasts 5-7 minutes, after it the area of the anus can be greased with sea buckthorn oil, which heals microcracks well.

To reduce hemorrhoids, you can try ice candles. Pure water or a decoction of chamomile is frozen in blisters from under purchased suppositories, and then injected into the anus for 3-5 minutes. The procedure can be done 2 times a day for a week, it is contraindicated for inflammation and heavy rectal bleeding.

Life changes

What to do with the appearance of varicose veins in an intimate place? If hemorrhoids crawl out, then you need to think about what is wrong in your life. To begin with, try to change work if it involves a long stay in one position. Such a pastime is the biggest provocative factor that relaxes the muscles of the whole body, including the pelvis. After you need to "activate", that is, begin an active lifestyle, including daily physical activity. The simplest of them can be a "birch". It is performed as follows:

Specially designed exercises stimulate the muscles of the anus, rectum and pelvic muscles

  1. Lie on a flat, solid surface.
  2. Focus on the elbows.
  3. Keeping it, raise the lower body and legs.
  4. Carefully return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the exercise, trying to keep the body in a new position for a while.
  6. Return to the starting position again.

Making such movements several times a day, soon it will be possible to notice an improvement in condition and a decrease in nodes.

You will have to forget about visiting a hot bath, hard physical work, weight lifting and bodybuilding, as they all provoke the occurrence of prerequisites for hemorrhoids to pop up. This is especially true for periods during which the course of the disease worsens, the so-called relapse. Due to the fact that the disease refers to chronic diseases, such periods alternate with the stages of weakening of all symptoms.

What needs to be done in the field of hygiene? Experts recommend replacing the use of paper by washing the inguinal folds after each bowel movement. This will prevent infection of the nodes, and reduce the likelihood of inflammatory processes.

What can be done with the diet? Nutrition must be adjusted by removing fatty, spicy, smoked dishes and baked products from it. It is necessary to increase the proportion of plant foods containing fiber, i.e. fruits and vegetables. The use of vitamin-mineral complexes will strengthen the immune system. The diet should be set to prevent constipation, which is the main reason that a new hemorrhoids pops up. If he will not be treated, the disease will continue to develop.

If conservative measures do not help?

With hemorrhoids of stage 2, drop-down nodes can be removed with the help of drugs. If they do not help, and the cones fall out more often, you will have to think about more drastic measures.

Minimally invasive techniques have proven themselves, such as latex ring ligation or deserterization.

The basic principle of such operations is to shut off the power to hemorrhoids.

Cones are limited to latex rings; after a few days, the nodes die and are removed from the body naturally.

During deserterization, arteries are connected that lead to each node. The operation is done under local anesthesia, the patient is restored after 2-3 days.

Procedures are highly effective, but are contraindicated during exacerbations or high risk of thrombosis.

If the nodes are very large, there is a threat of infringement or the formation of blood clots, hemorrhoidectomy is recommended to the patient.

Under general anesthesia, the nodes are excised with a scalpel or laser, the wounds remain open or sutured. Depending on the chosen method, recovery takes 3-4 weeks, after surgery, the patient is prescribed a course of antibiotics to prevent possible complications.

Drop-down hemorrhoidal nodes are an unpleasant phenomenon that can be combated at home. If conservative methods are powerless, it is worth trying minimally invasive techniques or performing surgery in a hospital. With timely intervention and careful attention to their own health, the patient can forever forget about hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids - a pathology that affects the vessels of the rectal region. The disease is characterized by a progressive course, gradually becoming chronic. Periods of exacerbation are replaced by periods of remission. In women, exacerbation of hemorrhoids is provoked by pregnancy, childbirth. In men, physical activity is a provoking factor - hard work, professional sports.

First aid for hemorrhoids is provided at home using simple methods of traditional medicine in the initial stages of the disease. Emergency care in advanced cases, complications is carried out in a surgical hospital. After examination and a full examination, the attending physician will decide what to do for the emergency and effective care of the patient.

If hemorrhoids come out - take urgent measures. It will help to avoid the development of complications, to alleviate the condition in the acute course of the disease.

Personal hygiene rules

With an exacerbation of the inflammatory process, the risk of secondary infection increases. To prevent the development of complications, after visiting the toilet, wash the perineum with cool running water.Use chilled herbal decoctions.

Procedures help relieve pain, inflammation in the event of a node exiting out of the rectal lumen. After going to the toilet, use soft paper, moisturizing wipes if the knot appears on the outside.

Surgical intervention

It occurs when it is necessary to take measures to resolve the issue: what to do if a node pops up and does not set back. The indication for surgery is acute thrombosis, characterized by the occurrence of unbearable pain in the absence of an outflow of blood. The main factors leading to the disease:

  1. Incorrect work of vessels.
  2. Heredity.
  3. Pregnancy.
  4. Excessive exercise.
  5. Childbirth.
  6. The presence of chronic constipation.
  7. Improper nutrition.
  8. Passion for alcoholic drinks.
  9. Sitting or standing work.
  10. Sedentary lifestyle.
  11. Infections in the body.

Hemorrhoids are divided into two types:

There are 4 stages of development for the disease , and as each of them forms, the ailment worsens, and the symptoms intensify. The last stage of the pathology can be cured only by the surgeon's scalpel.

In order to avoid serious consequences such as surgery, it is necessary at the slightest suspicion of illness, contact immediatelyto ,

Limitation of physical activity

With exacerbation, minimize physical activity. Lie down more often. Walk slowly, over short distances. If the hemorrhoid has crawled out of the rectum, it is complicated by pinching, bleeding. Do not lift loads weighing more than 2 kilograms. Sports fans will have to postpone training.

In the recovery period, it is permissible to practice therapeutic exercises that strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. Perform exercises with the permission of your doctor. A proctologist, a specialist in physical therapy will tell you how to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, improve blood circulation.

What should not be done with hemorrhoids

When hemorrhoidal nodes fall out, it is necessary:

  1. Avoid prolonged movement. The patient is shown bed rest.
  2. Do not use toilet paper.
  3. Do not wear tight-fitting underwear, tight pants, shorts.
  4. Do not rest on a soft bed (preferring to give a hard bed).

Protrusion of hemorrhoids

So, what to do when a hemorrhoid gets out, how to treat? It should be said that doctors have developed special and at the same time simple rules for such situations:

  1. Schedule a visit to the proctologist.
  2. Avoid straining during bowel movements.
  3. Use a special hemorrhoidal pillow.
  4. Sleep exclusively on your stomach.
  5. Do not self-medicate in any way.
  6. Follow personal hygiene rules, thereby reducing the risk of infection of inflamed venous vessels.

If hemorrhoids suddenly pop up, what to do in this situation, what actions to take, and what to look for?

Suppository treatment for hemorrhoids

Ambulance with exacerbation of hemorrhoids is through rectal suppositories. The pharmaceutical industry offers topical preparations.

A common, effective means to eliminate signs of inflammation and swelling are candles based on sea buckthorn oil. You can buy in a pharmacy without a doctor’s prescription.

Suppositories are safe, without contraindications. They are used to treat pregnant, lactating women, young children. The only contraindication is individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Applied for home use candles with extract from celandine, oak bark. You can quickly remove inflammation, edema in the damaged area. After applying suppositories, pain, burning quickly disappears.

At the recovery stage, candles containing pumpkin oil are prescribed. They have a tonic effect on blood vessels, a slight laxative effect, and prevent the development of constipation.

Introducing suppositories is required twice a day after bowel movement, a cleansing or therapeutic enema. After the disappearance of symptoms of acute inflammation, treatment continues 1 time per day - at night before bedtime. It is more appropriate for the introduction of candles will be the position on the side. Press your knees to your stomach. Carefully enter the suppository into the rectum to a depth of one and a half centimeters. After a couple of minutes, you will feel pain relief. Local drugs help in the fight against hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoid problems in men

What to do if hemorrhoids in men come out? In the initial stages of the disease, experts recommend filling the nodes yourself. To perform this procedure, you must:

  1. Lean forward.
  2. Spread the buttocks, and with the help of a large mirror, examine and feel the nodes of hemorrhoids.
  3. Before starting the reduction, it is necessary to anesthetize with a local anesthetic, for example, ice wrapped in a piece of tissue or grease a cone with Heparin ointment.
  4. Wear disposable latex gloves and, with your index finger, try to return the lump into the anus.
  5. Directing the node, it is necessary to control the pressure force and make sure that there is no spasm of the anal sphincter, which can pinch the nodes.
  6. If successfully repaired, lie down in bed and lie down for half an hour.

What to do at home when creeping out hemorrhoids, when it was not possible to correct it the first time? In this situation, doctors recommend using several fingers, which alternately try to push the knot inward, trying to prevent it from returning outside.

You must try to push the bump into the rectum and squeeze the buttocks tightly. Such procedures must be repeated 2-3 times, if attempts were unsuccessful, you should immediately consult a specialist.

Treatment with other drugs

If the patient has a secondary infection, suppuration has begun, the doctor prescribes the use of antibacterial drugs with a wide spectrum of pharmacological action. You can quickly eliminate the symptoms of inflammation, prevent the spread of infection to the adjacent soft tissues surrounding the rectum.

In the treatment of hemorrhoids, when a lump has come out, the drug Levomekol is recommended. It is characterized by antibacterial properties, pronounced anti-inflammatory and wound healing effect, helps relieve pain, swelling, accelerate healing.

No less effective is the drug Proctosedil. Available in the form of ointments and suppositories. Ambulance for hemorrhoids is provided with anti-inflammatory ointments with heparin and anesthetics.treated with similar ointments.

A doctor can prescribe antibacterial drugs. It is not recommended to try taking the medicine yourself! The full course of treatment of the drug does not exceed 7 days. Contraindications to the appointment of antibacterial drugs - pregnancy, breastfeeding.

To prevent the formation of blood clots in hemorrhoidal veins, drugs containing direct anticoagulants that strengthen the vascular walls are prescribed. Common drugs are Hepatrombin, Detralex.

What to do when climbing out cones in women

According to medical statistics, the likelihood of developing an ailment in women is an order of magnitude higher than that of the stronger sex. Especially the risk of developing the disease increases during pregnancy, when cardinal changes occur in the body of the expectant mother. What steps to take, and what to do if hemorrhoids got out in women during the period of gestation?

To correct the crawled out hemorrhoid, a woman needs to lie on her side and relax, then try to insert it.

In the last trimester of pregnancy, it is very difficult to return a hemorrhoidal formation on its own, therefore this procedure is performed by a doctor.

The use of folk remedies

  1. Steam baths with the addition of milk, onion juice. At the bottom of the pottery, put the onions, pour milk. Put the dishes on the fire, simmer for 30 minutes. After a cleansing enema, sit over a hot solution.
  2. Homemade candles made from raw potatoes. A candle the size of a bean is cut from washed raw potatoes. Enter at night. To facilitate the administration of a potato suppository, lubricate with sunflower oil.
  3. An exacerbation of hemorrhoids on an outpatient basis is treated with a mixture of unsalted cow oil and chopped garlic. Garlic cloves are mixed with oil to make candles. The drug is injected into the rectum after bowel movement.

First aid for exacerbation of hemorrhoids is ice candles. Chamomile broth is poured into a rubber tank - a finger from a glove, frozen. A candle will relieve pain, burning, stop bleeding from hemorrhoidal veins.

Among all diseases of the rectum, the most common is hemorrhoids. Every year, the number of people suffering from this disease is steadily growing, and people of working age are at risk. The appearance of hemorrhoids provokes a violation of the outflow of blood from the veins of the rectum. Disorders in the anus and frequent bleeding from this area are observed in hemorrhoids sufferers.

Inflammation of the external cones

So, what should I do if hemorrhoids come out? As a rule, with this phenomenon, it is recommended:

  1. Compliance with the diet.
  2. Exclusion from the diet of coffee, alcohol and spicy foods.
  3. Do not forget about personal hygiene, daily wash the rectal area after each act of defecation.
  4. Discard toilet paper, only washing with cool water.
  5. Do not forget about the use of ointments, and sedentary baths.
  6. It is advisable to use tablets in the form of tablets that help normalize the tone of the vascular walls.
  7. Use folk remedies approved by the doctor.

Symptoms of hemorrhoids

In the chronic phase of the course of hemorrhoids, four stages are distinguished:
1. at the first stage, during the bowel movement, scarlet blood begins to be released, while the prolapse of hemorrhoids does not occur,
2. at the second stage of chronic hemorrhoids, hemorrhoidal nodes fall out, however, they are set on their own,
3. the third stage is characterized by prolapse of hemorrhoids, which must be manually manually set into the anal canal,
4. at the fourth stage, hemorrhoidal nodes fall out, which cannot be manually set into the anal canal.

In the acute stage of hemorrhoids, three stages are distinguished:
1. at the first stage, thrombosis of hemorrhoidal nodes occurs, in which they do not become inflamed,
2.in the second stage, hemorrhoidal inflammation is added to thrombosis,
3. during the third stage, the surrounding tissue nodes become inflamed.

Dropout of internal nodes

What to do if you have hemorrhoids and there is a prolapse of the inner bumps? In this case, doctors recommend the following actions:

  1. Make a cleansing enema with a decoction of chamomile, which will help free the intestines from the accumulation of feces, thereby eliminating excessive pressure on the perineum.
  2. Drinking enough water (at least 1.5 liters per day).
  3. An introduction to the nutrition of vegetables, foods rich in fiber.
  4. Do not forget about Kegel's therapeutic gymnastics, which is indicated for both external and internal hemorrhoids.

First aid for hemorrhoids

What to do if hemorrhoids appear and it bleeds? It should be said that the presence of blood does not always indicate the neglect of the disease. Bleeding can occur both at the initial and last stages of the disease. Only by the intensity of bleeding, doctors determine the degree of development of pathology.

Therapy of hemorrhoids, which is bleeding, involves the use of drug and folk methods. If the patient has noticed the appearance of blood, you must try to stop the bleeding by washing with cold water in the problem area . Next, you must consult with a proctologist who will prescribe the necessary treatment.

In another episode, if the patient has heavy bleeding, then treatment in an inpatient setting will be required.

Methods for treating the disease

Doping of the hemorrhoid

Treatment of the disease at home, in addition to medicines, such as suppositories, involves the use of alternative medicine recipes, medical exercises, yoga and dietary adjustments. In other words, the treatment of the disease is built on an integrated approach.

Drug exposure involves the use of general and external drugs.

  1. External drugs affect the mucosa and blood vessels in the rectal area.
  2. Common remedies affect the whole body as a whole.

In addition, modern proctology offers innovative methods of treatment:

  1. Sclerotherapy of veins.
  2. Infrared photocoagulation.
  3. Ligation of cones with special latex rings.
  4. Deserterization.
  5. Radio frequency coagulation.

If these methods do not give the expected therapeutic effect, a surgical operation is prescribed, which plans to remove the vascular plexuses in the rectal region.

Treatment of the disease at home

If hemorrhoids come out, what to do at home? It must be emphasized that the nodes most often fall out from hard feces and weakening of the muscles of the sphincter of the anus.

We offer several recipes of alternative medicine, which effectively help in situations when hemorrhoids get out, and the patient does not know what to do if hemorrhoids appear outside.

Diagnosis of hemorrhoids

To exclude oncology, a study of the mucous membrane of the sigmoid and rectum regions is carried out (sigmoidoscopy procedure).

Differentiation of the disease:
with anal fissure that can cause pain in the anus and bleeding
prolapse of the entire rectum or mucosa, the formation in this case has a cylindrical shape
with colorectal cancer, which can also cause bleeding

Treatment of acute hemorrhoids

In the presence of pain, non-narcotic analgesics are prescribed (Movalis, Voltaren, Diclofenac, Nise, Ketonal ), as well as combined topical preparations (Proctoglivenol, Ultraproct, Hepatrombin G, etc. ) If inflammation spreads to the tissues surrounding the node and subcutaneous tissue, ointment applications are used that have a strong anti-inflammatory effect (Vishnevsky ointment, Levasin, Levomekol, etc. ).

To get rid of acute and chronic hemorrhoids, today, drugs that increase vascular tone (phlebotonic) are used without fail. The most effective of all is Detralex .

During bleeding, suppositories containing adrenaline and hemostatic materials of local action (adroxon, beriplast, spongostan) are used.

Conservative treatment brings only a temporary effect. Thus, after acute inflammation has passed, it is necessary to begin minimally invasive treatment or, if necessary, to carry out surgery. The choice of method depends on the stage of the disease.

Treatment of chronic hemorrhoids

Sclerotherapy represents an introduction to the hemorrhoidal node of a serosurizing substance (1.5-2 milliliters), which causes gluing and flattening of blood vessels. It is recommended to enter a sclerosing substance in no more than two hemorrhoidal nodes, otherwise pain may develop. You can repeat the sclerotherapy procedure after 12-14 days from the moment of the first session.

Latex Ligation It is used to treat internal hemorrhoidal nodes. A latex ring is imposed on their base, which disrupts their nutrition. After 7-10 days, the nodes are rejected along with the rings. In some cases, it is necessary to carry out several similar procedures after 14-16 days each.

Coagulation method consists in bringing the fiber to contact with the hemorrhoid. As a result, thermal energy acts on the node, which leads to the desolation and gluing of the vessels. During one procedure, the tip of the fiber is applied to the node from 2 to 6 times.

During cryotherapy the hemorrhoid is frozen for 2-3 minutes. After the node thaws, it dies, and a wound appears in its place. In most cases, cryotherapy is performed under local anesthesia.

The main disadvantage of all minimally invasive methods is that they do not eliminate the true cause of hemorrhoids - excessive blood flow.

Herbal harvest

This mixture of medicinal herbs has a hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effect. Take in the following proportions:

  1. Oak bark - 3 parts.
  2. Flax seeds - 3 parts.
  3. Chamomile - 4 parts.

Mix the herbs well and measure 2 tbsp. l this mixture, pour 0.5 liters of hot water and insist about 6 hours. Then bring to a boil and apply 1 glass for enemas. If necessary, repeat the procedure, but no more than three times with an interval between them of 5 minutes.

Traditional methods of treating hemorrhoids

Varicose enlargement of the cavernous vessels of the rectum develops equally often in both men and women. Hemorrhoids in children occur much less frequently than in adults and are associated with a hereditary factor, prolonged angry crying or constipation. Pathology creates a lot of inconvenience and under the influence of provoking factors leads to complications of varying severity. Quite effective can be the treatment of hemorrhoids at home.

Varicose hemorrhoidal veins do not develop acutely. This is a chronic disease that has a staged character and a wave-like course. Chronic hemorrhoids, due to its location, is influenced by a diverse bacterial flora, under the influence of which it periodically worsens.

Let's look at how you can recognize a disease, determine the stage, how to treat it at home, what emergency care is needed for an exacerbation, and what to do to prevent relapse.

In the stage of remission, hemorrhoids are of little concern to the patient. With exacerbation, a logical question arises: how to properly treat and whether the disease can be cured? The result of therapy depends on the stage of the pathological process.

Conclusion

To prevent the development of a pathological increase in varicose veins of the anal area, you need to monitor your health, because preventing anomaly is much easier than treating. Therefore, doctors are urged to seek advice when symptoms occur.

Do not drag out a visit to a specialist, at the first stages the ailment is practically cured, without resorting to drastic measures. The disease will surely go away if you follow all the doctor’s instructions, lead a healthy and active lifestyle, eat right and do not forget about therapeutic exercises.

Hemorrhoids - a disease associated with poor patency (thrombosis), or the constant expansion of hemorrhoidal veins in the rectum. This disease can be either congenital or acquired. The methods for treating hemorrhoids depend on many factors.

Why climbs hemorrhoids

Many people ask this question when this disease begins to progress. To answer why hemorrhoids get out clearly even physicians cannot. It was established that hemorrhoids have nothing to do with varicose veins, as veins can expand and contract even several times a day, depending on weather conditions or, for example, stress. Unfortunately, the owner himself is to blame for the occurrence of hemorrhoids.

Recipe number 1. Chamomile candles

In the pharmacy you need to buy chamomile - flowers and make a decoction. Usually 1 tablespoon is taken and 200 ml of boiling water is poured. Give her insist and cool. After pour into an oval container. If there is no such capacity, then ordinary medical gloves will do.

In the fingers you need to pour this decoction, tie each finger and put in the freezer. Before use, the candle is removed, released from the glove. This procedure should be done every other day. Keep the candle until it melts.

Features of hemorrhoids in men and women

According to statistics, hemorrhoids occur in equal parts, both in men and in women. Only now women often turn to the doctor for help and therefore, in most cases, avoid complications. The most common cause of male and female hemorrhoids is congestion in the pelvis caused by sedentary work.

In women, hemorrhoids also occur during pregnancy. This is due to the physiological characteristics of the location of the fetus and with a sedentary way of life in the later stages. When engaging in anal sex, hemorrhoids can also occur. This is due to the fact that the couple uses little lubrication or the girl is afraid and strongly pinched.

With proper and timely treatment, you will not experience the discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.

In fact, it is an inflammation of the veins of the rectum and anus.

If you leave the problem unattended, this can lead to very serious consequences.

The initial stage - everything is easy and simple

Treatment at this stage is not difficult for a specialist, however, you should still consult a doctor as soon as possible in order to prevent the disease from developing.

Treatment at this stage should be comprehensive with the use of not only medical, but also alternative treatment in the form of strengthening and stimulating exercises. At this stage, doctors prescribe other medicines.

Aspen leaves, which are applied to the problem area for 2 hours, have a good effect. They help ensure that the nodes are reduced and adjusted independently back. However, in rare cases, aspen leaves cause an allergic reaction, which is an absolute contraindication for the use of this tool.

Traditional medicine allows you to alleviate the condition using a decoction of sweet clover and tansy.

To make a lotion, you need to add a tablespoon of dried plant in one glass of boiling water and make a compress. Scarlet juice in the form of lotions helps to relieve swelling, inflammation and irritations that occur with this disease.

Effectively helps with ice treatment, which is wrapped in a towel and applied to the nodes. Exposing the nodes to cold, you can achieve their reduction and self-reduction, but such procedures are used only in the initial stages of hemorrhoids.

I got hemorrhoids at the initial stage

And although the disease develops gradually, some of its manifestations for the patient himself may become unexpected. If earlier a person got used to some ailments and attributed the burning sensation and itching in the anal area to the consequences of digestive difficulties, the diagnosis of progressive hemorrhoids can greatly surprise him.

The first signs of hemorrhoids:

  • Unpleasant sensations during bowel movements,
  • The appearance of small bloody discharge from the anus,
  • Frequent constipation and flatulence,
  • Burning, itching in the rectal area.

Sometimes the patient’s first signs are literally ignored, or they are slightly expressed, because he is extremely surprised by the prolapse of the hemorrhoid. But, in fairness it’s worth saying, this is rare. Hemorrhoids with prolapse of nodes are not sudden.

Enemas

Often hemorrhoids are accompanied by constipation, which complicate the course of the disease. In addition, it is advisable to administer rectal suppositories after complete bowel movement.

In this case, enemas are used, which can be done on the basis of:

  • Decoctions of herbs.
  • Vegetable oils.
  • Boiled water.
  • Saline solution.

Making enemas is often impossible - this can lead to dysbiosis and other unpleasant intestinal pathologies.

The best option for hemorrhoids is microclysters based on sea buckthorn oil. They soften feces, have a beneficial effect on damaged areas and relieve irritation.

What to do if hemorrhoids crawl out unexpectedly

The main thing is not to panic and do not touch the bump with dirty hands.

A person must:

  1. See a doctor. The faster he does this, the easier and easier it will be to cure the ailment.
  2. Relieve the condition before going to the proctologist. How to do this, read below.

What can not be done when the venous plexus has fallen

Many people think that it is necessary to move. Of course, physical activity is a method of preventing hemorrhoids. But when the venous plexuses have already crawled out, it is better to limit them.

So, with dropped nodes, the patient is prohibited:

  1. To walk around. The patient should lie on his back, this reduces the load on the muscles of the rectal region.
  2. Use toilet paper. Only washing with running water at room temperature is allowed.
  3. To be in tight underwear, tight pants, shorts, as they will compress the pelvic organs.
  4. Lie on a soft surface. The bed should be stiff enough.
  5. To sit on the toilet for a long time. If you can’t empty yourself, you need to put a laxative enema.

Self-alignment of the node

If hemorrhoids got out, then it must be corrected. Initially, this procedure should be done by a doctor. Independent actions in most cases lead to disastrous results.

At the consultation, the proctologist will tell and teach you how to perform the procedure at home:

  1. Wash hands and wear sterile medical gloves.
  2. Lubricate the site with heparin ointment or Troxevasin for pain relief.
  3. Take a comfortable pose and tilt your body slightly forward. Spread the buttocks, feel for the hemorrhoid and gently push it into the rectum with the index finger. Tighten the buttocks.
  4. Lie on the bed, do not get up for 20-30 minutes.

When setting up nodes, excessive force must not be applied.

And if after two attempts to return the fallen venous plexus failed, stop manipulating. Consult a proctologist or surgeon.

How to treat

The most effective treatment for hemorrhoids is the advice of a good doctor. A thorough diagnosis allows the doctor to quickly eliminate the consequences and complications of the pathology.

At the initial stages of the development of the disease, conservative therapy is used. This is a medication and physiotherapy. Prescribe drugs for veins and blood vessels, creams and ointments, rectal suppositories, enemas, lotions, sessile baths, physiotherapy. In some cases it is very useful to wear compression underwear.

If after drug therapy, the nodes continue to fall out, and sometimes do not settle, prescribe surgical treatment. What kind of operation to apply, the specialist selects individually. It depends on the severity, course and symptoms of the disease.

Prevention recommendations

When a specialist corrected hemorrhoids, he must give recommendations to prevent the occurrence of relapses:

  • Eliminate constipation. You can cope with obstruction of feces by eating plant foods. The patient's diet should contain vegetable salads, fresh fruits, dairy products, oatmeal. A person must control the amount of fluid drunk. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. The liquid normalizes intestinal motility, relieves constipation.
  • Strengthening the muscles of the anus. Squeeze and unclench the sphincter, make a "birch", march, bend the pelvis, etc.
  • Use of medicines. To prevent the recurrence of the problem, you need to regularly inject anti-inflammatory suppositories into the rectum. Be sure to lubricate the problem area with antihemorrhoidal ointments and take phlebotropic drugs.
  • Physical activity. After the nodes have been adjusted, over time, you can begin to exercise physiotherapy or sports.

The node got out during pregnancy: what to do

The prolapse of the venous plexus can occur in the early stages of gestation. But most often this pathological condition is found in recent months. This is due to the fact that an enlarging uterus disrupts the blood supply to the vessels.

The bump may burst, then bleeding will begin

When nodes fall out, a woman in position should:

  1. Urgently see your doctor. If a woman does not do this, she runs the risk of complications during and after childbirth.
  2. To eliminate pain, take drugs that contain lidocaine or anestezin (in the first trimester). If the ailment was taken aback in the second trimester, then you can use the drug "Hepatrombin G". And from the third trimester you can drink Detralex tablets.

Any medications for hemorrhoids during pregnancy should be taken only as directed by the doctor.

How will the doctor help

When hemorrhoids crawled out, a proctologist can apply minimally invasive methods of therapy to a pregnant woman:

  • Sclerotherapy.
  • Doping with latex rings.
  • Laser exposure.
  • Cauterization using infrared radiation.

These methods are the most effective in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoidal nodes in pregnant women. Therefore, at the first sign of poor health, contact a specialist. This is the first priority for a pregnant woman.

What to do pregnant before visiting a doctor

To alleviate the condition, a woman in position should adhere to such rules:

  • Maintain hygiene of the anus.
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Try to move a little.
  • Eat vegetables, fruits, oatmeal.
  • Adjust the chair.
  • Conduct a cleansing enema.
  • If necessary, take laxatives.

What is the danger of knot prolapse during pregnancy?

If the nodes bleed, then the woman develops anemia. A lack of hemoglobin can lead to a delay in the growth and development of the fetus.

If an infection gets into the fallen node, a purulent-inflammatory process appears. It leads to the fact that toxins and harmful substances will be absorbed into the blood, getting to the fetus. The child will be infected in the womb.

Given the consequences that external hemorrhoids can lead to, women should contact specialists at the first symptoms of the disease.

If the nodes were not adjusted, and childbirth began

Childbirth and hemorrhoids are not uncommon. More often the disease appears after childbirth. With an external problem, giving birth to a child is not contraindicated, but pathology can complicate the birth process. Caesarean section is allowed only with heavy bleeding. In other cases, a woman should prepare for a painful and prolonged natural birth. After the birth of the baby, the fallen nodes are corrected by obstetricians, sometimes the help of a proctologist may be required.

It is very important not to confuse thrombosis of external hemorrhoidal nodes with prolapse of internal nodes.

FAQ

  1. Question: “After giving birth, something bulges out of my anus, as if a tail had grown, or my intestine was sticking out. There are pains and itching constantly, what is it? ”

Answer: "In most cases, after birth, a hemorrhoidal anal fold of the skin (fringe) appears, which occurs after thrombosis of the external nodes."
Question: “Something unusual has come out of the priests and is not being pulled back, I feel pain, will I live?”

Answer: “Do not panic like this, contact a proctologist. This is a common manifestation of the acute phase of hemorrhoids. Most often it is hemorrhoidal thrombosis. ” Question: “After each trip to the toilet for bowel movement, I get bumps or nodules. After 5-10 minutes, they disappear, as if pulled in. "

Answer: “This is a sign of internal hemorrhoids! If the nodes are pulled inward on their own, then they mean the disease is just beginning to develop. A competent treatment regimen from an experienced proctologist can save you from the problem in the shortest possible time. ” Question: “My nodes crawl out at any voltage. Sometimes you just sneeze and feel that the problem has begun. Recently I took a bag of groceries and felt that they were bulging out. What will help me? ”

Answer: “In such cases, an operation cannot be dispensed with. Now such operations are called minimally invasive procedures, which are done in a few minutes, and a person continues to live a full life. But delaying treatment is fraught with serious complications. ”

Stages of the disease

  • Internal - hemorrhoidal nodes located inside the intestine, covered with mucous membrane. An effective method of treatment at this stage is the use of suppositories, which helps to cope with all the symptoms of the disease.
  • Combined - a hemorrhoidal cone is partially covered by the mucous membrane, partially by the skin. In addition to suppositories and ointments, it will be effective to treat the disease using traditional medicine using baths, lotions and poultices moistened with a medicinal solution.
  • Contrastable - during the act of defecation, it leaves the rectum. At this stage, the patient himself can identify the pathology: to feel for a lump in the anus. The drop-out node independently returns to the lumen of the intestine after some time or it must be adjusted with the fingers. You need to know how to refuel the knot correctly without causing pinching or tearing (wide open the buttocks, slowly and accurately straighten with your finger until the sensation of a foreign body disappears). After the knot has been corrected, it is located in the rectum and leaves only with the next bowel movement.
  • External irreducible - prolapse of nodes from the rectum is stationary, cannot be repaired. How can I treat the disease in 4 stages?

Started hemorrhoids with conservative methods is quite difficult to defeat. It is necessary to be patient and follow all the doctor's recommendations.

An effective method of treating the process in 3 stages is a combination of internal and external local action, traditional medicine methods, physiotherapeutic procedures.

Radically and quickly cure a running disease can be invasive methods: remove using dressings, overlay latex rings, surgical excision. Treatment of a long-standing process is a hemorrhoidectomy operation.

Since getting rid of hemorrhoidal varicose veins is forever possible only in the initial stages of the disease, complex treatment must be started when the first symptoms appear:

  • itching in the perianal region,
  • discomfort and pain during bowel movements,
  • foreign body sensation in the anal canal,
  • impurities of mucus and blood in the feces.

An exacerbation of the chronic process is associated with the development of inflammation in the tissues of hemorrhoidal nodes, manifested by pain, edema. In the future, thrombosis, infringement, erosion and fissures join. Damage to the walls of varicose veins leads to bleeding. How to remove the symptoms of exacerbation and prevent serious consequences?

Pain relief

Pain with rectal varicose veins is one of the most common symptoms: it occurs during an act of defecation or is permanent. A particularly sharp pain develops with thrombosis of the nodes. The dominant question in patients: how to anesthetize hemorrhoids at home?

To relieve pain, an individual approach is required, depending on the stage of the disease. In addition to topical preparations, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers used for rectal varicose veins (Phlebodia, Venus, Detralex, Pileks) are taken orally.

Suppositories

  • "Procto-glivenol" - bring pain relief, have anti-inflammatory and venotonic effects, are used one candle in the morning and evening.
  • “Relief” and modifications - contain anesthetic and “Hydrocortisone” in the composition, anesthetize, soothe inflammation and itching, have anti-allergic effect, promote tissue regeneration, are used up to 4 times a day.
  • "Anuzol" - have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic effect, have short-term pain relief, therefore they are used up to 6 times a day.
  • "Proctosedyl M" with hydrocortisone - quickly and effectively relieve pain, have antipruritic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic effects, are used accordingly with the instructions.
  • "Ultraproct" - a hormonal drug, is prescribed in a loading dose up to 3 times a day with a gradual decrease in the number of suppositories, has an anti-inflammatory and powerful analgesic effect.
  • "Olestesin" - contain an anesthetic, have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, the classic regimen is 2 times a day.
  • "Proctosan" with "Lidocaine" - provide pain relief, stimulate the healing of wound surfaces, relieve inflammation, are used 2 times a day.
  • "Hepazolone" contains "Prednisolone", "Lidocaine" - have a powerful anesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect, are prescribed 2 times a day.
  • "Nigepan" - an anticoagulant that can calm the pain syndrome, used 2 times a day.
  • Homeopathic suppositories containing natural ingredients (herbs, vegetable oils, therapeutic muds).

Creams, ointments

  • “Emla” - consists of 2 surface anesthetics, is applied in a thin layer for 15 minutes, then washed off.
  • "Ultraproct" - can be applied up to 4 times a day, followed by a decrease in the number of applications.
  • "Nefluan" - a hormonal gel with the addition of a surface anesthetic and antibiotic, has a bactericidal, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, is used 3 times a day.
  • "Aurobin" - applied up to 4 times a day, has anesthetic, antipruritic effect, relieves pain.
  • "Relief" - is applied up to 4 times a day.
  • Treatment with Vishnevsky ointment is not a classic method, but in the absence of other drugs, it can be used, especially with erosion of the integumentary tissues of the nodes.

How to relieve pain if there are no medications at hand? The intake of decoction of the mountaineer of the kidney, celandine, rectally - home-made potato candles will help.

Treat inflammation

Exacerbation of hemorrhoids is nothing more than the addition of inflammation under the influence of provoking factors. The inflammatory process in the tissues of the node entails edema, plethora, pain, an increase in local temperature, erosion and maceration of integumentary tissues. at home?

If the hemorrhoid is inflamed, local remedies with anti-inflammatory effect will help:

  • candles (“Relief”, “Procto-glivenol”, “Anuzol”, “Proctosedyl M”, “Ultraproct”, “Proctosan”, “Olestesin”),
  • ointments ("Relief", "Nefluan", "Ultraproct").

What to do if an attack of hemorrhoids developed outside the house (cottage, outdoors)? You can relieve inflammation of the node with lotions from medicinal herbs (chamomile, oak bark, plantain), sea buckthorn oil, honey, propolis. An inflamed node can be quickly anesthetized with homemade candles from potatoes, suppositories from ice, from frozen aloe.

Bleeding from varicose veins of the rectum

Symptoms of bleeding can be limited to the appearance of streaks of red blood on the stool, and can be expressed by massive blood loss. In the latter case, urgent medical attention is required. The first first aid for hemorrhoids with bleeding is to use local hemostatic agents.

To stop bleeding at home, you can use candles (with an internal process), a hemostatic sponge, hemostatic solutions (with an external one). If after using local funds it was not possible to stop the blood, you should consult a doctor.

Preparations:

When hemorrhoids of stages 1 and 2 bleed, the use of suppositories, microclysters and tampons moistened in a hemostatic solution or lubricated with hemostatic ointment is justified:

  • suppositories “Relif” and “Relif-ultra” are used up to 4 times a day,
  • rectal suppositories with adrenaline are prescribed for 1 candle in the morning and evening,
  • Natalsid candles are used 2 times a day,
  • you can use a hemostatic sponge, which is inserted into the lumen of the rectum until complete resorption,
  • microclysters decoction of wormwood,
  • quickly stop bleeding in the absence of hemostatic agents can be frozen with pure water in the form of a candle.

How to treat a bleeding combined and external node? In a similar situation, if there is access to a "sore spot", the use of hemostatic ointments and solutions for lotions will be adequate:

  • Relief ointment and its modifications (Fast, Advance) are allowed to be used up to 4 times a day,
  • "Troxevasin-gel" is applied 2 times a day,
  • "Adrokson" - in the form of a solution for lotions until the bleeding stops,
  • "Hemostatic" sponge is applied to the site of bleeding,
  • “Beriplast XC” solution contains blood coagulation factors, is applied in accordance with the instructions,
  • from medicinal plants use a decoction of wormwood, highlander in the form of lotions, apply leaves of knotweed, plantain.

How to cure massive bleeding, the proctologist will tell. With heavy, prolonged blood loss, disorders develop in the blood coagulation system, the restoration of which will have to be carried out at the level of the whole organism in a hospital.

Decoctions applied inside

Preparing the broth is quite simple: pour chopped leaves of medicinal herbs or tree bark with water, boil for 10-15 minutes, stand, filter and take before eating.

The following herbs will help:

The pelvis is filled with the prepared solution, sit deep for 15–20 minutes, spreading the buttocks for maximum contact with the medicinal product. The temperature of the solution in hot baths should be up to 40 ° C, in cool ones - up to 30 ° C, in cold ones - 10-15 ° C.

  • with birch tar (1 tablespoon per 2 liters of water),
  • onion peel (broth of dark brown color),
  • with potassium permanganate (light pink solution),
  • chamomile (decoction of light brown color),
  • horse chestnut (3 tablespoons of bark per 1 liter of water),
  • oak bark (according to instructions).

Steam (smoke) baths

The same decoctions are used as for ordinary baths, only hot (75–80 ° С). Or a hot stone is placed at the bottom of a bucket (can), a tool is applied to it (smoke bath). The patient sits above the vapor until it cools. For smoke baths, propolis, birch tar, chopped onions, and garlic are used.

Preparation of ointments:

  • propolis - soft animal fat and melted propolis in a ratio of 10: 1 for a long time to mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained,
  • propolis liniment - add liquid vegetable oil to the prepared ointment to the desired consistency,
  • honey - mix honey and butter in equal amounts,

  • freeze aloe pulp bars,
  • One of the primitive, but effective methods is the treatment of potatoes: from raw potatoes cut cubes the size of a rectal suppository and inject overnight.

Enema

The volume of the treatment solution for microclysters is up to 200 ml.Indication for use is the internal and combined form of the process without surface damage and inflammation of the node wall. The syringe tip, lubricated with petroleum jelly, is injected 10 cm into the anal canal, squeezed out and try to hold it inside for 10-15 minutes. Then empty.

  • 50 ml of sea buckthorn (olive, castor) oil,
  • Boil 1 tablespoon of wormwood herb in 250 ml of water, wrap, let stand for 6 hours, strain, use warm,
  • 4.0 g of chamomile flowers steamed with boiling water (250 ml), use at room temperature,
  • 1 tablespoon of strawberry leaves brew with 1 glass of water,
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed beet juice,
  • rice, potato, corn broth.

Leeches are used due to the content of hirudin in their saliva - a powerful anticoagulant. When blood is aspirated, they activate immunity, cleanse the body of toxins, and help reduce congestion in the bloodstream. Leeches put on the skin in the coccyx or sacrum 3-4 individuals, which fall off themselves, after drinking blood.

Treatment of hemorrhoids with folk remedies at home has a minimal list of contraindications. How to treat the remedies, you decide, depending on the availability of ingredients. Before using traditional medicine, consult your doctor: you may have a general disease in which the use of any components is contraindicated.

Features of treatment during pregnancy

The gravity period is one of the etiological factors in the development of varicose veins. The disease in pregnant women progresses with the course of pregnancy: the uterus increases, which compresses the vascular plexus of the pelvis, contributing to stagnation in the underlying veins. The most convenient treatment option for hemorrhoids during pregnancy is home therapy.

A logical question: how to treat the disease so as not to harm the fetus? During pregnancy, the most safe means of natural ingredients, alternative methods (except for cold and hot procedures).

Delivery is a critical moment in terms of exacerbation of the process. After childbirth, treatment of the disease must be continued using natural preparations. Artificially synthesized products with mother’s milk enter the baby’s blood, having a negative effect on the baby’s organs.

Diet for hemorrhoids at home

In the treatment of varicose veins of the rectum, follow the drinking regimen, adjust nutrition. What to eat with exacerbation:

  • boiled or steamed meat - chicken, turkey, rabbit, white fish,
  • vegetable proteins (beans, peas, soy),
  • foods rich in coarse fiber (whole grain cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms),
  • boiled eggs
  • dairy products (except cottage cheese) without sweeteners,
  • vegetable oils (olive, corn),
  • herbal teas
  • consume foods and herbal decoctions that have a mild laxative effect on your intestines.

It is forbidden to eat fried, sour, spicy foods, light carbohydrates, carbonated drinks. Reduce the amount of tea and coffee in your diet, they absorb water and contribute to constipation.

Physical activity

First of all, exclude strength training, exercises with sharp movements, deep squats. Any physical activity is contraindicated in case of exacerbation of the process, bleeding, elevated body temperature, as well as in general diseases, when you can not play sports:

  • Prefer easy running, walking, swimming,
  • intimate gymnastics with hemorrhoids at home (contraction and relaxation of the anal sphincter) will be useful
  • physiotherapy exercises with smooth movements to strengthen the muscles of the press (“scissors”, “cat”, “birch”),
  • Yoga with sedentary exercises.

In addition to light physical activity, connect finger massage, intrarectal vibration with the Peristal apparatus, and can massage along the spine in the lumbar region.

Prevention of hemorrhoids in men does not differ from measures used in women. Follow the principles of proper nutrition, lead an active lifestyle, get a hard chair in sedentary work, and do physical exercises.

A universal cure for hemorrhoids at home has not yet been invented. Any treatment is perceived by the body individually. Use the tools and methods that are appropriate for your specific case. And be healthy!

It provides highly qualified diagnosis and treatment of many diseases: hemorrhoids, anal fissures, various diseases of the colon, successfully diagnoses in the early stages of neoplasm of the perianal region and rectum. Also conducts examinations of children.

It is not customary to talk about some diseases out loud, and most often for aesthetic reasons. However, suppressing problems did not help anyone to recover. Without taking proper action, the patient risks aggravating the situation. But what if hemorrhoids come out? The answer is unequivocal: do not wait for serious, and sometimes irreversible health complications, it is necessary to start treatment as soon as possible.

Hemorrhoidal node got out

Inflammation of the hemorrhoid cones and their protrusion is the main symptom of the disease. They can be very sick, bleed, this condition is difficult to endure. But you can not worry and try to calm the pain in any way - this will not give a lasting result. If the hemorrhoids knot fell out, what to do, only the doctor will tell. Be sure to go to the doctor: in many cases, independent actions can even do harm.

First aid for a node drop:

  • Action of the cold. Apply an ice pack to the affected area, but first let the knot get used to the cold. First, a clean cloth soaked in cool water is simply applied. Do such lotions in several approaches. And when the skin and tissues are already used to the cold, you can apply ice. But be sure to wrap the ice cube in a natural fabric - the application of ice is directly prohibited, you can freeze the affected area.
  • Baths with cold water. An alternative to lotions is baths. You need to lower the buttocks in a convenient container with water, the temperature of which is not higher than 18 degrees. Do this in several sets of no more than 10 seconds.
  • Herbal sessile baths. Make a decoction of chamomile, oak bark and calendula. Pour warm water and this decoction into a suitable container. Sitting in this bath with buttocks needs about 15-20 minutes. Herbs have a calming effect, reduce soreness, and relax muscles.

It’s not worth doing anything else until you get to the doctor. You need to take pills and suppositories with the permission of the doctor: only basic first aid is safe, all other actions can harm you.

What can not be done if a hemorrhoids node falls out

A large number of patients such a vision of solving the problem: hemorrhoids is a disease of a sedentary lifestyle, therefore, to fight it, you need to move a lot. This is true, but during an exacerbation, this rule does not work. And the prolapse of the hemorrhoid can just be considered such an exacerbation.

If the plexus of veins crawls out, movements need to be limited!

With nodes that have fallen out, the patient can not:

  1. To walk around. The most reasonable thing is that you need to lie on your back to reduce the load on the muscles of the rectal zone.
  2. Use regular toilet paper. Even such a habitual action is prohibited. You can only wash yourself with cold running water (in extreme cases - use gentle wet wipes, doing this as delicately as possible).
  3. Walking in tight underwear, tight trousers and shorts, as these things uniquely compress the pelvic organs.
  4. Lie on the soft. The soft surface of the bed or sofa does not contribute to recovery. The base must be rigid.
  5. Sit on the toilet for a long time. If you are sitting, because it is not possible to empty the intestines, put a laxative enema.

The hemorrhoid got out, what to do? This, of course, is an important issue. But it is equally important for the patient to know what to do under no circumstances. Sometimes non-compliance with these rules seriously complicates the disease.

Types of hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoid Prevention

Surgical treatment of hemorrhoids

For some time after the operation, the patient may experience discomfort in the anus, pain, and suppuration of the scar may occur. In the remote postoperative period, a recurrence of the disease is not excluded, as well as a decrease in the compressive ability of the anus and a violation of the expansion of the anus.

Folk remedies

Varicose veins of the cavernous vessels of the rectum are a long-term chronic disease. How to cure it without the use of synthetic drugs that have multiple contraindications?

Well-proven baths and lotions with medicinal herbs, therapy with leeches. Positive feedback has beekeeping products. Treatment with honey, propolis, royal jelly, dead bees, pollen, pollen is effective in the form of home-made candles, applications. Propolis is part of many homeopathic pharmacy drugs.

Alternative methods widely use vegetable oils in their recipes. They are used for surface lubrication, wetting of tampons inserted into the lumen of the rectum, microclysters are also made on their basis. Vegetable oils have a mild laxative effect, envelop the mucous membrane of the rectum and protect against external irritations.

For compresses, medicinal herbs, clay, alum, hypertonic salt solution are used. Wet gauze with clean water. Compresses with ice will show the greatest result (cold treatment is contraindicated in inflammatory pathology of the pelvic organs).

Decoctions applied inside

Preparing the broth is quite simple: pour chopped leaves of medicinal herbs or tree bark with water, boil for 10-15 minutes, stand, filter and take before eating.

The following herbs will help:

  • Highlander, fossil (2 tablespoons per 0.5 liters of water, take 3 tablespoons each),
  • St. John's wort (2 teaspoons in 2 cups of water, take 0.5 cups each),
  • plantain (8 sheets per 2 cups of water, take 25 ml),
  • nettle and buckthorn bark (8.0 g per 1 liter of water, drink during the day),
  • celandine (pour boiling water a quarter of a liter can of dry grass, cool, take a full glass), celandine must be careful, the plant contains potent poison, so follow the recipe for the preparation of broth,
  • oak bark (1 teaspoon per 0.4 l of chilled boiled water, do not boil, stand for 8 hours, take 0.5 cups after a meal),
  • viburnum (4 teaspoons of bark per 0.2 liters of water, take a tablespoon)
  • bay leaf (30 g per 3 liters of water, cook for 2 hours).

Baths:

  • propolis - soft animal fat and melted propolis in a ratio of 10: 1 for a long time to mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained,
  • propolis liniment - add liquid vegetable oil to the prepared ointment to the desired consistency,
  • honey - mix honey and butter in equal amounts,
  • cabbage - cabbage boiled in milk with the addition of bran, grind into gruel.

Homemade Candle Recipes:

  • cut a suppository from aloe pulp, grease with honey ointment, inject into the anal canal at night,
  • to 4 parts of solid animal or vegetable fat (can be combined), melted in a water bath, add 1 part of propolis, mix thoroughly, form suppositories,
  • freeze in the form of a suppository an aqueous solution of propolis,
  • freeze clean water in the shape of a candle,
  • freeze aloe pulp bars,
  • One of the primitive, but effective methods is the treatment of potatoes: from raw potatoes cut cubes the size of a rectal suppository and inject overnight.

Enema

The volume of the treatment solution for microclysters is up to 200 ml. Indication for use is the internal and combined form of the process without surface damage and inflammation of the node wall.

Types of hemorrhoids

This disease is one of the most common in the population of the entire globe. As a rule, adult men and women suffer from its symptoms, while children are practically not affected by the disease. Regardless of the reasons that caused the development of pathology, it is not worth experimenting with the use of drugs. Only a professional proctologist knows what measures should be taken if this disease crawls out and with what medicines.

To get rid of this pathology associated with circulatory disorders in the blood vessels of the rectum, it is important to correctly diagnose it. The disease is conditionally divided into three types:

Is it possible to correct a fallen hemorrhoid

The got out hemorrhoids really need to be corrected. If you absolutely do not understand how this is done, and do not try - you need medical help. Initially, such a procedure is carried out by the doctor, then the proctologist tells the patient how he can adjust the knot to himself in a similar situation.

Independent redirection of the node:

  • Wash your hands, wear special disposable gloves,
  • Lubricate the node itself with Heparin ointment or Troxevasin for anesthesia,
  • Take a comfortable position, bend forward slightly, gently push the buttocks, feel the knot itself, gently push it into the rectum with your index finger,
  • Squeeze your buttocks
  • Lie on the bed, rest for at least 35-40 minutes.

When setting the nodes, they never act with force. If you made two attempts to return the node inside, but they did not bring success, stop, stop all actions. Subsequent manipulations can be very dangerous - you need a proctologist, there is no other way.

If the hemorrhoid got out during pregnancy: what to do

The loss of venous plexuses is indeed quite often observed in expectant mothers. In most cases, this happens in the last trimester. The explanation is simple: an enlarging uterus disrupts the process of filling blood vessels with blood.

If a pregnant woman has a hemorrhoid:

  1. An urgent need to see a doctor - ignoring the problem, you can get serious complications in childbirth.
  2. To get rid of pain, you need to take drugs with anestezin or lidocaine in the composition (this can be done in the first trimester), in the second trimester, hepatrombin G is considered conditionally permitted, and in the final trimester, the doctor may allow the use of Detralex tablets.

Any medicine (be then ointment, suppositories or tablets) can be taken only with the permission of the doctor who is pregnant. Women during lactation also have significant limitations in taking medications, and therefore they must solve all health problems in the doctor’s office.

Features of the treatment of the external form

These types of diseases are diagnosed everywhere. In order to confirm the internal inflammation of the rectum, one cannot do without an examination by a proctologist. Burning, itching, a feeling of fullness of the intestine can also indicate other diseases of the intestine. Most often, patients do not seek medical help in a timely manner, trying not to pay attention to the symptoms. In most cases, people go to the doctors if a bump has already come out with hemorrhoids. What to do if the swollen pains, bleeds and does not allow to live fully?

The external form of hemorrhoids in itself speaks of the need for urgent therapy. If the first stage of the internal type of the disease can be cured without the use of any medications, by reviewing your diet and drinking regimen, then in the subsequent stages of the development of the disease it is worth seriously considering the use of drugs. We are not talking about self-medication: any medicine should be purchased and taken only according to medical prescription, following the instructions on the dosages, the schedule of administration, the duration of the course, etc.

Often, the treatment of the disease at an unreleased stage lasts no more than 10-14 days. The cured hemorrhoids are usually much more difficult to cure, which means that it will take more time to fix the problem.

Minimally invasive therapy and prolapse

If the nodes of the hemorrhoids come out, the proctologist can use minimally invasive therapeutic methods. They are effective and safe - for the same pregnant women, these techniques are not harmful.

  • Sclerotherapy
  • Laser treatment
  • Alloying with latex rings,
  • Cauterization by infrared radiation.

Of course, in each case, the destination will be different. Someone is shown only moxibustion, and for someone it is enough and reduction in combination with auxiliary therapy.

How to prevent the loss of hemorrhoids

If the nodes are already set, the problem is only partially resolved. Therefore, the doctor always gives the patient clear instructions - what to do so that the situation does not happen again.

To avoid the loss of hemorrhoids, you need:

  1. Avoid constipation. Make sure your menu has more plant-based foods. Vegetable salads and fresh fruits, oatmeal, sour-milk products - all this should be in the diet literally every day. Drink plenty of water, about 2 liters per day. The liquid normalizes intestinal motility, which relieves a person of constipation.
  2. Strengthen the muscles of the anus. The exercises are very simple - squeeze and unclench the sphincter, march, bend the pelvis, make a “birch”.
  3. Use prescribed medicines. By the decision of the doctor, you can occasionally use rectal anti-inflammatory suppositories. The problem area can also be lubricated with special antihemorrhoidal formulations. Also, patients are often prescribed a course of venotonics.
  4. Physical activity. Valid only after the reduction of nodes. Wait for a while, and then start warming up, exercising, healing and restorative gymnastics, swimming, etc.

All at the same time is very simple and very important. If a paragraph of the above recommendations is omitted, the problem may soon reappear. Hemorrhoids - a fairly serious disease that does not go away at the click of a finger and after taking one tablet. If it came to the loss of nodes, it means that you have already missed many stages in the treatment of the disease.

If all conservative methods were unsuccessful, it is necessary to decide on more serious measures - these are either minimally invasive techniques or a full-fledged surgical operation. Of course, few people want to go under the knife of a surgeon, but at a certain stage, all other actions will not give a lasting result.

After the operation, rehabilitation treatment will be required, for some time you will be protected from the usual things - physical exertion, sex life, sedentary work. But non-acceptance of the operation will force to abandon the usual for a much longer period.

The more you start the disease, the more difficult it will be for doctors to repair what is seriously damaged. Do not use any outside advice, do not follow other people's recipes, which are not clear where they came from. Remember how sadly sometimes self-medication ends.

The most popular suppositories and ointments for the treatment of hemorrhoids

Suppositories and ointments for hemorrhoids will help reduce the severity of symptoms that cause discomfort to the patient for a long time. Inexpensive and effective drugs include the following:

  • "Emla", "Relief Advance" - candles with an anesthetic component. As an anesthetic, lidocaine is included in the composition of Emla. Relief Advance eliminates the pain due to the benzocaine contained in it.
  • "Nigepan", heparin ointment - affordable anticoagulants in the form of suppositories and ointments that promote the healing of anal fissures, with hemostatic and blood-clotting effects.
  • "Proctosedil", "Aurobin" - hormonal suppositories and ointments for hemorrhoids, effective and inexpensive. Drugs and their analogues produce a quick complex effect - reduce swelling in the rectal zone, relieve itching and soreness, which facilitates the patient's condition.
  • "Diclofenac", "Viburkol", "Ibuprofen" are anti-inflammatory drugs used in combination with the above candles and ointments for the treatment of hemorrhoids.

When the skin surrounding the anus is involved in the inflammatory process, Levomekol and Mafenitsy Acetate are used.

It is also worth noting drugs for hemorrhoids of the combined type - "Adrokson", "Relief", "Proctoglivenol". Due to the content of venotonic, vasoconstrictive and anesthetic substances in them, tissue regeneration is much faster.

Can ointment be used for internal hemorrhoids?

Ointment applications are performed several times a day. This type of external therapy is especially advisable if hemorrhoids come out, but what to do with an internal lesion of the colorectal region? In this case, ointments are also used in the initial stages of the disease. Using a special device on which the drug is applied, or the fingers penetrate the site of inflammation to lubricate the anal canal. Ointments are used in a different way: a cotton swab is impregnated with a medicine and injected into the rectum.

To date, the range of drugs against hemorrhoids is so large that it makes it difficult even for experienced proctologists involved in treating patients. It is worth considering the likelihood of intolerance to certain potent components, in which case a change of medicine will become inevitable.

Avoid allergic reactions and side effects in the treatment of hemorrhoids can be achieved through the use of drugs with a natural composition or the maximum identical to natural. The most popular of these remedies are the medicines listed below.

Combined ointment "Bezornil" from hemorrhoids

“Bezornil” is an ointment with a strong hemostatic and antimicrobial effect. Due to the hypoallergenic composition, the drug does not cause allergies, produces a local astringent effect. In addition, applying Bezornil to the anal ring and the skin around it is the first thing to do when hemorrhoids come out, because the drug eliminates edema. You can use the ointment with external cracks and deep hemorrhoidal nodes, introducing the drug into the rectum using the tip available in the package. Apply "Bezornil" after each act of defecation, as well as in the morning and before bedtime.

Hormonal and immunomodulating "Posterisan"

Posterisan is available in the form of suppositories and ointments. A distinctive feature of this hormonal agent is the presence of microbial cells of E. coli, which allows it to be classified as a combination of local immunostimulating drugs.

With regular use, Posterisan helps activate the natural defense of the intestines. Due to the hormonal elements of the ointment, its use is justified with concomitant dermatitis, cracks and wounds. The advantage of "Posterisan" can be called its affordable cost.

Fleming ointment for hemorrhoids: a brief description

Among homeopathic remedies for the treatment of hemorrhoids, Fleming ointment is also worth noting. The composition of the drug is harmless, its components cope with a wide range of manifestations of the disease, including itching, soreness, bleeding, inflammation. The secret to the effectiveness of the drug is the combination of calendula, zinc oxide, witch hazel, menthol and esculus. After a week-long course of application of Fleming's ointment, the walls of blood vessels strengthen, blood circulation stabilizes. It must be applied on top of the anus if hemorrhoids come out. What definitely should not be done is to introduce it inside with internal swelling of the hemorrhoidal nodes. With complications, the drug is not prescribed. Fleming ointment is dispensed without a prescription, but it is advisable to consult a doctor before use.

Without constipation - the main condition for recovery

Of course, it is impossible to cure a disease such as hemorrhoids while continuing to lead a familiar lifestyle. The absence of heavy physical exertion, sufficient motor activity and proper nutrition - this is what lies at the heart of therapy. But, even after curing hemorrhoids, you can not be 100% sure that the disease will not return again.

The complex of therapeutic measures aimed at combating the disease should include the prevention of constipation. The chair should be regular, and therefore dieting is an important condition for recovery.

Diet for hemorrhoids: what you need to know?

At the doctor’s appointment, the patient, as a rule, receives recommendations on what to do if hemorrhoids come out. But if for some reason it is not possible to get to the specialists, you should adhere to the following diet:

  • A minimum of fresh vegetables and fruits - products must be cooked.
  • Prunes, dried apricots, linseed or sunflower oil are perfect as laxative components of the diet.
  • The use of alcohol during the treatment of hemorrhoids is unacceptable.
  • From bakery and pasta made from wholemeal flour, rye, it is better to abstain.
  • Preference is given to boiled or stewed meat dishes, buckwheat, rice or oatmeal, low-fat sour-milk products.
  • It is important to regularly drink enough water - at least 1.5 liters per day.

Folk remedies against hemorrhoids

If hemorrhoids come out, bleeds and hurts, to quickly achieve the result, the treatment regimen should be supplemented with folk remedies. There are a lot of recipes tested over the years and human experience today, but even among them there are the most effective and safest.

What to do if hemorrhoids come out - in men this is a fairly common question. Sedentary baths of herbs are one of the affordable and simple ways to combat the disease in the initial stages. As active components, you can use chamomile, a string, calendula, oak bark and other medicinal plants. Combine herbal decoctions with propolis, a solution of manganese and add to water. Such a bath should be taken for at least 20-30 minutes, while the water temperature should not significantly exceed body temperature.

If you believe the statistics, ladies are more likely to encounter a similar problem, and therefore know what to do if hemorrhoids come out. Women have a proven remedy: sea buckthorn oil. To directly affect the pathological formation, you can use a swab. After soaking it with sea buckthorn oil, insert into the anus and leave it overnight. A more convenient analogue is sea-buckthorn oil candles, sold in any pharmacy.

The easiest recipe: potato candles

As another means for treating hemorrhoids at home, potato candles are worth mentioning. It is simple to prepare them: it is enough to clean the raw root crop and cut a cone-shaped object from it. The diameter of such a suppository should not exceed 1 cm, and the length should be 4 cm. A candle made of potatoes is put in the rectum for the whole night, the procedure is repeated for 10 days. You can supplement the therapy with potato lotions: every evening a tampon moistened with root juice is applied to the anus and left for 20-30 minutes.

Do not be shy about your problem and postpone its solution until tomorrow. The main thing is to seek medical help on time. Untreated and progressive hemorrhoids can develop into colorectal cancer.

Tablets

An effective treatment for hemorrhoids at home should include not only local drugs, but also oral tablets that will help strengthen the venous walls.

Troxerutin Ointment

Among the tablets and other drugs, the following can be prescribed:

The minimum course of drug use is a week. These medications can help calm hemorrhoids and make treatment more effective. In order to consolidate the result, a sufficiently long reception is required - about a month.

The choice of medical devices

At stage 1, hemorrhoids respond well to treatment with conservative methods. The use of suppositories, therapeutic baths and lotions will cure hemorrhoids of stage 1-2 at home.

The third stage requires a longer treatment, and most often requires surgical intervention. During treatment, the use of tablets is recommended to improve the strength of blood vessels and venous walls.

It is useless to smear hemorrhoids at the 4th stage with the most expensive drugs. Home methods at best will help alleviate the condition.

The 4th stage requires a mandatory operation, and the faster it is performed, the lower the risk of complications after this procedure.

Gymnastics

In order to avoid stagnation of blood in the pelvis and alleviate the condition, it is recommended to perform special exercises.

Physiotherapy exercises are effective if postpartum hemorrhoids occur, and in order to alleviate the inflammatory symptoms in men:

  1. Kegel exercises - suggest compression of the muscles of the anus and perineum with subsequent relaxation. This exercise can be done at any convenient time, since it does not require certain conditions and attributes.

Hemorrhoids - a disease that often develops in those who spend most of the day in a sitting position. Hemorrhoids also appear as a result of chronic constipation during pregnancy. These and other reasons lead to the fact that the expanded venous plexuses of the rectum form nodes. The nodes located under the skin are called external, located under the mucous membrane of the rectum - internal. Increasing in size, hemorrhoids often cause pain, begin to bleed.

A doctor’s consultation is necessary in this case. But in addition to the treatment prescribed by the doctor, acupressure can be used. Good results are achieved if you systematically massage.

With hemorrhoids, the following points are massaged (Fig.):

Point 1. Asymmetrical, located on the head on the back median line 5.5 zun above the border of the scalp. Massage the point, taking a sitting position.

Point 2. Asymmetrical, located in the center of the segment between the coccyx and the anus. Massage position - squatting.

Point 3. Symmetrical, located on the sole of the foot in a recess that forms in the middle of the sole when the fingers are bent. Massage on the right, then on the left side in a sitting position.

Point 4. Symmetric, located in the middle of the arch of the foot. Massage the point on the right and left at the same time, the position of the massaged - sitting.

Point 5. Symmetric, located on the forearm one and a half zun above the average fold of the wrist in the region of the styloid process of the radius. Massage right or left, taking a sitting position, put your hand on the table.

Point 6. Asymmetrical, located on the head in the back median line, just above point 1. Massage the point, taking up a sitting position.

Point 7. Symmetrical, located on the inner surface of the lower leg 3 zun above the inner ankle. Massage the same as point 4.

Point 8. Symmetric, located on the foot in the recess between the calcaneal tendon and the outer ankle on the line passing through its center. Massage like the previous point.

Point 9. Symmetric, located on the little finger of the foot 3 mm outward from the corner of the nail hole of the little finger. Massage right and left at the same time, taking a sitting position.

Point 10. Symmetrical, located on the back one and a half tsun to the side from the back median line in the area between the spinous processes of the IV and V lumbar vertebrae. Massage simultaneously on both sides, the position of the person being massaged is lying on his stomach with a pillow placed under his stomach.

Point 11. Symmetrical, located in a recess in the middle of the back surface of the wrist. Massage it on the right, then on the left, taking a sitting position, put your hand on the table with your palm down.

Point 12. Symmetrical, located on the outer surface of the lower leg 4 cuns above the center of the outer ankle. Massage right and left at the same time, taking a sitting position.

Point 13. Symmetrical, located on the second toe, 3 mm from the corner of the nail hole towards the third finger. Massage like the previous point.

Point 14. Symmetrical, located in a recess on the front side of the ankle joint. Massage simultaneously on both sides in a sitting position.

Point 15. Symmetrical, located on the stomach for 2 tsun to the side of the navel. Massage simultaneously on both sides in a supine position.

Point 16. Symmetrical, located on the neck at the level of the lower edge of the thyroid cartilage. The method of massage is the same as point 14. Massage this point with extreme caution: you must not allow pressure with force, and also act on it for too long (more than 3 minutes).

Point 17. Symmetrical, located on the highest part of the rear of the foot, in a recess. Massage simultaneously on both sides, taking a sitting position.

Point 18.Symmetrical, located on the abdomen for 4 tsun to the side of the front midline at the level of the navel. Massage simultaneously on both sides, taking a supine position.

Point 19. Symmetrical, located 4 tsun to the side of the front midline at the level of the upper branch of the pubic bone. Massage like the previous point.

Point 20. Symmetrical, located on the back of the foot, in a recess. Massage simultaneously on both sides, taking a sitting position.

Point 21. Symmetric, located on the border of the back and plantar sides of the foot back from the head of the I metatarsal bone. Massage right and left in turn, taking a sitting position.

Point 22. Asymmetric, located on the back in the lumbar region between the spinous processes of the II and III lumbar vertebrae. The position of the person being massaged is lying on his stomach with a pillow placed under his stomach.

Point 23. Asymmetrical, located on the abdomen in the anterior midline, 2 cuns below the navel. Massage, taking a supine position.

Point 24. Symmetrical, located on the big toe 3 mm from the inner corner of the nail hole of the finger. Massage simultaneously on both sides in a sitting position.

When massing most points, a calming method is used, while using a technique of light pressure with rotation. The duration of exposure at each point is 3-5 minutes. The tonic method and the method of deep pressure clockwise rotation are used when exposed to points 14, 17, 22 and 24. The duration of exposure to each of these points is 30-60 seconds.

Since there are a lot of points for massaging with hemorrhoids, you can divide them into two groups (the first group - points 1-12, the second - points 13-24) and massage one group of points during one session, massage the second group during another.

If hemorrhoids form cracks in the mucous membrane of the anus, you need to try to prevent constipation, wash this area with cool water, and lubricate with special ointments. With cracks, acupressure can also help.

Massage of the following points (Fig.) Is performed by a calming method, using light pressure with clockwise rotation.

The duration of exposure at each point is from 3 to 5 minutes.

Point 1. Asymmetric, located on the abdomen in the anterior midline, 4 tsun above the navel. Massage position - sitting or lying on your back.

Point 2. Asymmetrical, located on the abdomen 1 inch below point 1. Massage as the previous point.

Point 3. Asymmetrical, located on the abdomen in the anterior midline, one and a half tsuns below the navel. Massage the same as point 1.
